Outdoor adventure activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: physical injury, illness, equipment failure, adverse weather conditions, wildlife encounters, and terrain hazards. By participating in our services, you acknowledge these risks and assume responsibility for your own safety and wellbeing.
While our guides are trained professionals and we implement safety protocols, we cannot guarantee your safety or prevent all potential injuries or incidents.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ocean Beaver, its owners, employees, guides, and contractors shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur during or as a result of participating in our services.
